About Us
We are an Evangelical Christian Church, meeting to worship the Lord Jesus Christ and to proclaim the gospel. We preach and teach the good news of salvation by faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.
The church was founded on 12th July 2018 as a merger between Jireh Baptist Church and Pemberton Evangelical Church. We believe that the Bible is the word of God and it is our guide and standard for all our church activities and by which we try to live our lives as servants of the Lord.
This year Jireh Baptist Church would be celebrating 170 years of God's providence since the founding of the church in 1851
